Over the past few years, the Bayou City Clay Crawl, ClayHouston’s annual fundraising event, has become a highly anticipated event among ClayHouston members and the wider Houston clay community.

The 2024 Bayou City Clay Crawl will be held at a single location: the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft (HCCC). This event will take place on Saturday, December 7, from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM coinciding with HCCC’s Hands-on Houston and the opening reception of The Glassell School of Art show “Ceramics in the Environment.”

Whether you're shopping for the holidays, an art lover, or simply curious, there's something for everyone.

• Shopping: Browse an incredible selection of handmade ceramics by ClayHouston member artists.

• Prize Drawings: With each purchase you make, you'll be entered into one of five prize drawings throughout the day!

• Live Artist Demonstrations: Watch as skilled artists showcase a variety of clay building techniques and get a behind-the-scenes look at how these beautiful pieces are made.

• Learn About Ceramics: Interested in becoming a ceramic artist? Information from local teaching studios will be available to help you get started.
